Esta guÃa procede de la propia app y está en inglés, como la app por ahora, para que cada botón se nombre exactamente como aparece en pantalla.
The Education tab holds your institutions, terms, classes and credentials, with a grade on each active class and the term dates that let the calendar do the planning. It watches the three things a student controls: load, planning and the grades they add up to.
Start here
Add the institution and the term, then every class with its end date.
Add the institution and the current term
Quick add on this tab opens the class sheet; the institution and term fields inside it create the ones that do not exist yet. A term with an end date is what lets the tab tell an active class from a finished one.

Add every class you are taking
One class per row, with its credits and the grade you have so far. The tab flags a class with no term or no end date as unplanned, and more than six active classes as overload, before either shows in a grade.

Keep the grade current
Update the grade field as marks come in. Monitoring progress raises the chance of reaching a goal most when it is recorded, and the GPA the tab computes is only as current as the last grade you entered.

Read the strip, then ask why
The line under the action row is one research-backed tip chosen for your own numbers. Tap Why to read the fuller finding, the studies behind it with links, and the reason this tip was picked today.

Tune the strip to you
Settings under Why sets how often the tip changes (every visit, once a day, once a week), pins it to one theme, or turns it off for this tab alone.

Logging well
Grades, dates and credentials, kept where the calendar can see them.
Give every class its dates
The term's start and end, and each class's exam and deadline dates, are what the Calendar turns into a plan. Put deadlines and exams in at the start of the term so that the spaced review sessions can be scheduled rather than hoped for.

Record credentials when they arrive
A finished class or a qualification goes into credentials, with the institution and date, so the record is complete for the applications that will ask for it.

Log the study on the Learning tab
This tab keeps the classes; the Learning tab keeps the hours. Bind a class's field to a notes folder there and the two tabs share the record.

Start against Log
This tab has no timer; the Learning tab does.
Time study sessions on the Learning tab
Start on the Learning tab runs a timer through a session; Log there records one afterwards. Education holds the classes those sessions are for, and the grade is where the sessions show up.

Turn a lecture into a retrieval session
After a class, Log a short session on the Learning tab with a closed-book recall of what was covered. Attendance does its work in the room; the recall afterwards is what turns it into a grade.

Goals and habits
A grade goal per class, an attendance habit, and the if-then plan.
Set a grade goal for the classes that matter
New goal on the Goals tab, aimed at this aspect, gives a class a number to reach; do your best produced the worst results in the goal-setting studies. The strip reacts when a grade sits below a B.

Make attendance a habit
On the Habits tab, add a habit for attending every class and tick it. Attendance is the strongest single predictor of grades in the pooled studies, and a habit survives the dull week that a decision does not.

Write the if-then plan for the start
Procrastination is driven by how a task feels now. Put the plan in the task itself in the Inbox: when the lecture ends, I go to the library and open the first problem. The plan, not the motivation, is what moves the start.

Reading your numbers
Grades, planning and load, and the three weekly warnings.
Grades and GPA
Each class shows its grade and the tab computes the GPA the credits weight it to. The strip reacts to grades below a B, to classes without a term or an end date, and to more than six classes in one term.
The three early warnings
Missed classes, late nights and work started the day before it is due each show before a grade drops. A weekly look at the Habits tab, the Sleep tab and the Calendar catches the term before the term catches you.
Look across tabs in Statistics
Statistics under Functions › Analysis puts your grades beside every other aspect: What stands out lists the strongest links and drifts this period, Forecast says where the metric lands a week out at this pace, and Guidance names the aspect whose numbers are weakest.

The agent and automations
What the agent can do with this tab, and what runs without you.
Ask the agent about this tab
Open the Agent under Functions › Analysis, or press the a key on the web, and ask in plain words: "Which of my classes has the lowest grade, and how many hours did I log for it this month?". The agent reads this tab only while the Education switch under May read is on, and the Context panel shows exactly what it was sent.
Dónde: Agent › Settings
Let it suggest, then decide
Anything the agent wants to add or change lands in Suggestions with an accept or reject on each item. Under Does on its own you can let a kind of change apply straight away; bulk edits always show a preview and keep an undo for a day.
Dónde: Agent › Settings
Put the routine on Autopilot
Autopilot runs the Morning plan, Evening tidy, Weekly review and Drift nudges while the app is open, each with its own time, instruction and Apply without asking switch; Add a job makes one of your own, such as a education check every Sunday.

Get the week by email
Email automations in Settings sends a weekly or daily digest with the strongest links, drifts and goal paces across every tab, and can alert you once when something is slipping or when this tab goes quiet for three days.
