Train hard, recover harder

Training, food and sleep in one place, so you can see whether the work is landing and whether recovery is keeping up.

What gets in the way

  • Training in one app, food in another

The link between a flat session and a short night stays invisible.

  • Volume without direction

Minutes go up while strength work stays an afterthought.

  • No rest until something gives

Ten straight days feels committed, until it turns up as fatigue.

Exercise

A timer that follows every session

Start a workout and the timer follows you around the app. Minutes, sessions and strength sets land in one card, measured against the guidelines.

  • Weekly minutes against the guideline band
  • Strength sets counted on their own
  • 417 exercises with the muscles they work

Nutrition

Fuel that matches the work

Log meals and macros and see protein across the day, not just the total. Food cards carry nutrient profiles from USDA FoodData Central.

  • Protein spread across the day
  • 277 food cards
  • Meals logged straight from the fridge

Recovery

Recovery is a metric too

Sleep sits next to training, and Statistics shows how your nights and your sessions move together.

  • Sleep debt and regularity
  • Rest days counted, not ignored
  • Correlations with honest confidence

The research

The guidelines ask for 150 to 300 minutes of moderate activity a week, or half that if vigorous, plus muscle-strengthening work on two days, and muscle grows with the number of hard sets a week. The Exercise guidebook has the details and every source.
