Capture and clear tasks in the inbox

Buttons and menus are named exactly as the app shows them.

Steps

1. Capture in a second

   Choose New task, or press N anywhere. Add a due date and tags now or later.

   Where: Inbox › New task

2. Filter by tag

   Tags gathers every tag in one place and narrows the list to the ones you pick.

   Where: Inbox › Tags

3. Reschedule in a tap

   A task’s menu moves it to today, tomorrow or next week.

4. Keep the list about today

   Overdue and completed tasks have panels of their own, so what is in front of you is what is next.

   Where: Inbox › Overdue
